The kids are back in school and their parents’ lives just got busier. I hope you were able to squeeze every last bit of summer out of the year and checked off everything on your bucket list!

NRG had their bi-annual board meeting last week and we were able to inform the board of several new offerings we now provide.

Well, spring has somewhat sprung and we are well on our way to another fabulous North Dakota summer.

NRG has also sprung into action doing our Business Technical Reviews that occur at least once a year for each of our customers. If you haven’t heard from Alan Ibach yet about scheduling a yearly review, you soon will.

These first few months of 2013 have been some of the busiest that NRG has ever seen. In January we broke our record for the most service tickets we closed in one month and boxes are piled high in the storage area ready to be installed when the next technician becomes available.

It is hard to believe that we are already past the Thanksgiving holiday and are heading quickly towards Christmas and the New Year!  Each year at this time I step back to think about the past year, and what it has brought to the organization and to my own personal life.

Welcome to our fall edition of the newsletter. We have had a busy quarter with a lot of changes at NRG. Most notably, Chris Brown has resigned from his position as Vice President of the company to pursue other interests. Steve Kelsch has been assigned to take over that position as the lead manager for NRG. We have also been fortunate enough to hire two new technicians for our company—Glen Boepple and David Weiand.
