Springing forward at NRG

These first few months of 2013 have been some of the busiest that NRG has ever seen. In January we broke our record for the most service tickets we closed in one month and boxes are piled high in the storage area ready to be installed when the next technician becomes available. It is an exciting time for us, and we will be working hard over the next several months to meet the expectations of our customers.

We have enlisted the services of two new interns who will be helping us get through this wave of installations. Their names are Chris Kluzak and Steve Schild. Both will be graduating from Bismarck State College in May, and we certainly appreciate the help that they will be able to offer. Alan Ibach has been diligently training both of them on how we do business here at NRG. With the combination of Alan’s expertise and patience, coupled with a few good people who are willing to learn and willing to work hard, we have little chance of being anything but successful.

In closing, please enjoy your spring, and don’t forget to stop and smell a few flowers along the way!
