Big changes drive NRG forward

Welcome to our fall edition of the newsletter. We have had a busy quarter with a lot of changes at NRG. Most notably, Chris Brown has resigned from his position as Vice President of the company to pursue other interests. Steve Kelsch has been assigned to take over that position as the lead manager for NRG. We have also been fortunate enough to hire two new technicians for our company—Glen Boepple and David Weiand. We have chosen to add these positions in an effort to shorten our service response times. Response time is measured from the time a customer calls in with a problem to the time a technician is actually able to begin working on the problem. We also feel this will give us some room for future growth. Both will start on September 4th.

One more addition has been made with an agreement for a part time sales position. Chuck Horter is a retired HR manager for Super Value, and has agreed to help NRG with starting a sales department. It has been a long-time goal for NRG to create a sales department to foster growth for the company. The agreement with Chuck will allow us to very efficiently get our feet wet in the area of sales. Chuck is a great guy and very personable—I can’t wait for you to meet him. In closing, I wish you a very productive fall season, and enjoy the nice weather while it lasts!

Steve Kelsch, Manager of NRG Technology Services
